Ever wondered what it’s like to volunteer with a Wildlife Trust?
Come along to our exciting Open Day and join our fantastic volunteers for a hands-on conservation session tackling invasive non-native species, while discovering more about how you can get involved. You’ll help remove Himalayan balsam, a fast-spreading invasive plant that causes riverbank erosion and threatens native wildlife and flora. Our goal is to clear as much as possible before it has the chance to set seed.
Note: Personal protective equipment will be provided, please wear suitable outdoor clothing.
Lunch is included!
