Administrative Work

Volunteers help us save literally hundreds of pounds by giving their time to help get the membership newsletter out three times a year.  From labelling the envelopes, to stuffing them and then hand delivering them in their local area, this vital volunteering that goes on behind the scenes is of huge value to a small charity such as ourselves.

Other admin tasks include entering species data records on to the computer, folding leaflets and taking messages for the staff.

Below our offices in Llandrindod Wells, we have a shop which mainly sells bird food.  Open on a Tuesday and Thursday 10am - 12pm, this provides a valuable source of income for us.

Volunteers often help with simple-office based tasks if time allows.
