Restricted to access from public rights-of-way only while we are in the development phase of the site.

About the reserve

Pentwyn, has long been managed as a livestock farm.  Radnorshire Wildlife Trust will now transform it into a haven for wildlife.

We are at the beginning of a long process and have much to learn about the land we have just purchased.

We have many decisions to make about our management and wish to carry out consultation with the local community and potential partners and stakeholders.  While defining some basic why, who, how and ‘what goes where’ details.

But we are certain of the spirit of the management we will undertake:  low input/extensive across large parts of the land.
