About the event

Linocut is a traditional relief printing technique where a print is taken from the surface of a lino block. On this short workshop you will learn how to use the tools, equipment and materials to get started or develop your skills in linocut. You’ll carve your own lino and use oil based inks to create your own prints.

This workshop forms part of the Rhos Pasture Restoration Project. During the workshop we will talk about the plant and animal species found within rhos pasture and its associated habitats.

If you wish to bring any images with you for inspiration you are welcome to do so.
